Spectrum Staffing Group is proud to partner with a well-respected Global organization in their search for a Recruiting Director to lead and enhance its full life-cycle recruiting strategy. This role ensures efficient and effective recruitment processes, superior client and candidate experiences, and improved diversity efforts. The Recruiting Director reports to the Vice President of Human Resources and manages all consulting staff, corporate, and campus recruiting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment teams to identify top talent.
  • Optimize recruitment processes and systems for efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to meet hiring goals.
  • Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and partner with DEI Manager.
  • Develop metrics to evaluate recruitment activities and drive improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO/OFCCP laws.
  • Oversee campus recruiting strategies and efforts.
  • Implement and lead the use of Workday ATS.
  • Manage recruiting budget and vendor relationships.
  • Lead team development, set objectives, and support career growth.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of recruitment experience, including 5+ years managing a recruiting team.
  • Advanced knowledge of campus recruiting and innovative early talent attraction strategies.
  • Preferred experience in management consulting or professional services.
  • International recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in analyzing recruiting data and trends.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, OFCCP, and EEO regulations.
  • Experience with Workday, Jobvite, or similar ATS.
  • Excellent planning, priority setting, and project management skills.
  • Proven leadership, decision-making, and team-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
