Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our team in Springfield, MA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with experienced attorneys across a variety of practice areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support and representation to clients in a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to, , personal injury, real estate, and civil litigation.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, briefs, and contracts.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trials.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and evidence relevant to cases.
- Maintain accurate case files and manage deadlines effectively.
- Stay current with developments in the law and continuously build legal expertise.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar and in good standing.
- 2-5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on litigation or relevant practice areas.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to client service and ethical practice of law.
