Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support and representation to clients in a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to, , personal injury, real estate, and civil litigation.

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trials.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and evidence relevant to cases.
  • Maintain accurate case files and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Stay current with developments in the law and continuously build legal expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar and in good standing.
  • 2-5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on litigation or relevant practice areas.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to client service and ethical practice of law.
