Maxim Healthcare in Tampa, FL is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric patients in their own homes in Kissimmee, FL for a Weekend Day openings with Gtube and Trach experience Why Join Maxim: + Competitive pay & weekly paychecks + Health, dental, vision, and life insurance + 401(k) savings plan + Awards and recognition programs Responsibilities:+ Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. + On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders + Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. + Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Qualifications:+ Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice. + Current TB or Chest X-Ray. + Current BLS card.
