Labor JourneymanThe Labor Journeyman performs basic housekeeping on construction site. Responsibilities include:Perform setup and clean up tasks at job site, including removal of construction debrisNavigate construction job site terrainClean & sanitize jobsite trailersAssist with basic deliveries & material storageHousekeeping interior and exterior project siteProvide labor support as necessary for carpenters, masons, and other specialized contractors, work to be directed & planned by ForepersonReporting all safety incidents & injuries to Foreperson and Safety LeaderAny scope of work outside of the above listed, shall be planned, documented, and approved by Foreperson, Safety & ManagementQualifications:High school diploma or GEDConstruction experience preferredOr equivalent combination of education and experienceOSHA 10 hour certified recommendedProof of certificates, degrees, etc. upon hireKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Basic understanding of construction principles and proceduresWillingness to work in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuationsAbility to work in a team environmentNext 150 Construction Services has an unwavering focus on safety, the environment and caring about everyone involved in our work.
