Sr. Growth Manager For Us Physical LocationsAmazon shipping is seeking a strategic and results driven leader to join as a Sr. Growth Manager for US Physical Locations. We are looking for a talented individual who is able to work in an ambiguous environment, manage multiple stakeholders, and lead initiatives to design and deploy physical locations to serve shipping customer needs. You will have a detailed and analytical mindset thinking big to chart the next 3+ years of evolution. This role will be responsible to liaise with key stakeholders across Amazon Shipping Commercial, Product, Tech, and Operations teams and internal partner teams. You will be a natural self-starter who is comfortable working with data, driving complex cross-functional programs and will have a strong management and analytical skills, and be an effective communicator.As a Sr. Growth Manager, you will own the US execution for growth of the Charter starting with AMZL Direct Injection. You should have proven experience in strategy, large-scale execution, entrepreneurial innovation, working cross functionally with operations and engineering teams, and people leadership in a matrix environment. This role requires comfort in ambiguous situations and maintaining a high bar in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Strong business judgment, ability to influence cross-functional and remotely located teams, a customer-centric and creative mindset and strong analytical skills are also essential. Strong document writing and presentation skills are a must. Candidates should be energized coming into an undefined space and driving clarity.Key job responsibilities include:Develop counter network expansion strategy to service Business to Consumer (B2C) shippers directly at AMZL Delivery StationsNetwork Design and Topology development to meet customers at the correct transaction pointsDevelop brand awareness and adoption strategies as we continue to expand service offeringsAct as the single threaded leader across internal business lines to drive cohesion, identify synergies, and align priorities and roadmaps toward executionDevelop multi year network design strategy inclusive of current and expanded network designLead/support development of product and operational requirements in close collaboration with product, engineering, and operations teamsLead and/or support in key leadership update documents such as MBR/QBR, WW VP goals reviewDeliver clear and concise updates on status of the Program with detailed commentary on key challenges, risks and mitigations implementedAbout the team:Amazon Shipping is an industry leading shipping service provider (SSP) that offers better reliability and shipper/recipient experience at the right price point within every marketplace we operate.
