Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Compressor and/or Blower Salesperson at IPM Compressors LLC. In this role, the Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales presentations and demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, and providing after-sales support. While the role is primarily based in Salt Lake City, the position involves setting appointments and making sales calls throughout the state.

• Technical knowledge of compressed air systems and related products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Experience in the compressor industry or related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Drivers License
