Yash Technologies is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and results-oriented Business Development Leader for Americas Microsoft business.


Responsibilities:

· Collectively determine and develop the business vision/mission and goals and objectives of the Microsoft Service Line as part of the One Microsoft leadership team.

· Work with the YASH Americas leadership to establish flow down revenue-based goals and objectives for Microsoft Service Line across YA geography.

· Continuously develop new revenue streams that will guarantee the achievement of the flow down goals and objectives.

· Envision and (re)launch services in the YA geography in collaboration with other Digital Service Lines and Microsoft.

· Plan and execute Go To Market (GTM) campaigns in collaboration with Regional Business Development Leaders and other support functions.

· Drive technology penetration and expansion through continuous technology intervention in existing accounts.

· Plan and execute Go To Customer (GTC) campaigns in collaboration with Account Management Leaders and other support functions.

· Envision and (re)launch solutions and services through Microsoft partnership in collaboration with other Digital Service Lines.

· Plan and execute Go To Alliance (GTA) campaigns in collaboration with Alliance Leader and other support functions.

· Recruit, develop, scale a world-class pre-sales team and lead them to identify, position and aggressively penetrate the market.

· Work in lockstep with Digital Service Line leaders and their teams to ensure that the lead-to-closure pursuit (and beyond) cycles are run in an competitively differentiated manner.

· Enhance the YASH brand in the Microsoft ecosystem by providing technical leadership and ability to influence customer decisions to buy, architect and adopt Microsoft solutions.

· Be the face of YASH at major Microsoft events in YA geography.

· Leverage existing, and cultivate new, relationships with Microsoft Executives/Leaders across YA geography.

· Build and lobby with a network of executive relationships across Microsoft and complementing partners such as SAP with whom we can collaborate on opportunities.

· Strengthen the Microsoft Service Line by:

o Recommending development of Frameworks, Tools, Accelerators, and innovation.

o Driving creation of technical content (publishing blogs, whitepapers, reference architecture) and providing thought leadership.



Business Operations:

· Set objectives, outline performance standards.

· Coach and act as a role model for the team.

· Track and communicate the team’s progress with weekly-monthly-quarterly updates, accurate forecasts, and revenue guidance.

· Ensure alignment and effective communication to internal/external stakeholders to promote collaboration and resolve conflicts expeditiously.

· Personally engage and build relationships with prospects-partners-rainmakers through a variety of means.

· Motivate, Inspire and help associates not under direct control to achieve business goals.



Core Skills and Qualifications


· Should have experience in the similar role

· Should be conversant with Microsoft product portfolio – Azure Infrastructure, Azure Applications, Modern Office, Microsoft Dynamics, Data and Analytical services and AI/ML.

· Excellent communication skills, an attitude to get things done and willingness to work in a high growth environment

· Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

· Willing to travel – as much required

15+ years of building strategic business partnerships through selling or consulting with enterprise customers. Equally considered will be 5+ years of experience driving digital transformation
