Purpose As a member of the corporate controllership team, the Sr. Corporate Financial Analyst will support key centralized corporate accounting functions and compliance activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations for corporate ledgers utilizing our Plex ERP system. • Prepare journal entries as part of the monthly close process. • Perform timely reconciliations of bank Accounts and various accounts (e.g., accounts payable/receivable, intercompany transactions) to ensure accuracy. • Develop timely and insightful financial reporting and analysis for multiple plants • Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and strategic plans for the business. • Ensure compliance with internal control policies and work with external auditors as needed. • Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes. • Demonstrate thought leadership in process improvements, system enhancements and development of analytical tools to support a more streamlined financial reporting function and better analytics. • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities for corporate and each of the US-based facilities. QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting 4+ years' of relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong quantitative financial skills CultureCamaco embodies a family and team-oriented atmosphere where all employees are encouraged to be creative and collaborative.
