If your goals and values align with Honda's, we want you to join our team to Bring the FutureAbout This Position:The purpose and function of the Stock and Material Handler position is to perform general warehouse duties at our Parts Center.Responsibilities include:Picking, packing, shipping, and receiving of all Honda/Acura parts and accessoriesOperating a forklift and other warehouse machineryLifting, pushing, and pulling 25-50 pounds frequentlyQualifications No experience necessaryWho We Are Seeking:Candidates with the ability to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as neededIndividuals who are willing to learn We will train youExperienced / tenured Stock and Material HandlersRequired Work Experience:Understand verbal and written directionsAbility to make calculations of amounts to ensure correct order quantities are selectedEnsure quality throughout your processAbility to stand for long periods of timeBending, walking, and lifting, up to 25-50 pounds on a frequent basis requiredComfortable working at high levels on an elevated platform up to 40 feetMust be able to work the 2nd shift, starting at 3PM/4PM until 11:30PM/12:30AMAvailable to work overtime on weekdays / weekends as neededMust be able to adhere to Honda's long-term commitment to high efficiency and shipping accuracy to deliver quality service parts to our customersMust be a team player and willing and able to find, implement, and embrace new methods and processes to enhance operationsRequired Education:High School Diploma/GEDDesired Skills:Customer Service SkillsAdditional Position Factors:Workstyle: OnsiteAt Honda, you will play a key role in our journey to become a company that society wants to exist now, and in the future.
