This leader will oversee multiple departments and revenue channels, ensuring consistency, safety, service excellence, and profitability./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3olliLead day-to-day operations across food beverage, guest services, events, and recreation/activities/liliOwn full PL responsibility, including sales growth, labor optimization, cost control, and inventory management/liliRecruit, train, coach, and retain a strong leadership team and hourly staff/liliEstablish and maintain high standards for guest experience, safety, cleanliness, and service/liliDrive local business development through events, group sales, and community engagement/liliPartner with senior leadership to execute operational initiatives and long-term growth strategies/liliUse data and reporting to make informed decisions and continuously improve performance/li/olh3Ideal Background/h3ulli5+ years of General Manager or senior operational leadership experience/liliBackground in high-volume hospitality, entertainment, or experiential venues strongly preferred/liliProven success managing complex operations with multiple revenue streams/liliStrong financial acumen with demonstrated PL ownership/liliTrack record of building high-performing, culture-driven teams/liliCalm, decisive leader who thrives in fast-paced, guest-focused environments/li/ul/div
