They will report to an Inside Sales Manager and be dotted line to the Regional Vice President. This person will be responsible for fostering new footprint opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling in 100+ accounts in the SMB and Mid-Market space.In addition to strategic initiatives, the ACAM will also manage tactical transactions. They will collaborate with resources such as CAD sellers, partner technical managers, PSRs, and overlays to ensure smooth management of these transactions.The ACAM will function as the hub of a channel "pod" model, facilitating collaboration among a cross-functional team (the regional CAM, ISS, Marketing, segment sales, operations, and technical) to develop and execute region-specific strategies.ResponsibilitiesWork with partners to create campaigns for pipeline generation.Conduct opportunity reviews to assess potential deals and develop action plans.Engage in direct sales activities, including prospecting, presenting, and closing deals.Skills and KnowledgeExcellent sales presentation and communication skills.Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.Ability to understand and navigate complex product development and discrete manufacturing business operations.Experience1-3 years of relevant sales quota carrying experience in a B2B environment.Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Familiarity with the dynamics of the product development and discrete manufacturing industry is desirable.Experience co-selling with Channel Resellers is a plus.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a relevant field.Working knowledge of product development and discrete manufacturing business operations.PTC carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000. The anticipated annual salary range encompasses both the base salary and the on-target incentive compensation that may be attained in this role. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Eligible employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP) which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs.
