This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Other compensations include referral bonuses opportunities.ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsFrame walls, install doors, windows, and hardwareConstruct and install cabinets, partitions, and fixturesOperate hand and power tools safely and efficientlyCollaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project timelinesMaintain a clean and organized worksiteAdhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulationQualificationsMinimum 5 years of commercial carpentry experienceProficient in layout, framing, finish work, and concrete formworkAbility to lift 50+ lbs without reasonable accommodations and work in various weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsReliable transportation and own tools and tool bagsOSHA 10 certification preferredPeopleReady Skilled Trades is an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity.
