Shift: Nights/ 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs/weekLength: 23 Weeks
Weekend RequirementThe weekend requirement is dependent on the shift & the number of weekend alternative staff. Usually 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule. Can be either Sat/Sun are considered weekend shifts for both Days or NightsHolidaysThey have a holiday rotation, based on Major (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) & Minor (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day) holidays. They would require travelers to work into the holiday rotation with the perm staff.
Requirements: 
  • WV license

  • Charge Nurse experience required
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA)
  • NIHSS, TNCC
  • Previous EPIC experience is required
Other Details:No FloatingRatios- 1:3-4Common diagnosis / Types of patientsTypical ER patients: CHF, COPD, DM, 10% peds, COVID is slowing down, high incidence of heroin OD. Have behavioral health in there during the day. Non-smoking on campus at all. Initiate & titrate all drips except Chemo
