SDET / QA Automation Engineer with Python

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SDET / QA Automation Engineer with 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in REST API testing using Python scripting, and DevOps practices. This involves end-to-end system testing for gateway devices for different XBs. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Python (proficient-level coding) • Design, implement, and execute functional and integration tests for RESTful APIs and microservices Analyze API responses and backend behavior using NoSQL databases like Cassandra • Validate deployments and test orchestration in Kubernetes-based microservice architectures • Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Git • Work on cloud-based testing scenarios leveraging AWS services (e.g., S3, SQS, SNS) - nice to have Required Skills & Experience: 5-7 years of experience in SDET/QA automation roles Strong in REST API testing, Python programming, and Linux scripting Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools like Jenkins, Docker, Git, Kubernetes NO SQL Db experience is required
