Podcast Producer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Podcast Producer to join our team and help us create engaging and high-quality audio content. As a Podcast Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of podcast production, including planning, recording, editing, and distribution.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hosts and guests to develop compelling show concepts and episode topics

- Schedule and coordinate recording sessions with hosts and guests

- Edit raw audio recordings to create polished, professional episodes

- Manage post-production tasks, including adding music, sound effects, and advertisements

- Ensure episodes are delivered on time and meet quality standards

- Coordinate distribution of episodes to podcast platforms

- Monitor and analyze podcast performance metrics to guide future content decisions

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in podcast production or audio content creation

- Proficiency with audio editing software (e.g. Adobe Audition, ProTools)

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of podcasting best practices and trends

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. communications, media production)
