Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor Amazon Warehouse in Council Bluffs, IA. The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.Job Details:Pay Rate: $21.61 / hourSchedule: Overnight Shift Available / 10:00 pm - 6:00 amDuties: Respond to alarms and Amazon employees, while also supervising one security officer, along with Foot Patrol and Access Control.Experience: Must have 1+ years of security and supervisor/leadership skills (REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS)Skills: Must have Excellent Computer and problem-solving skillsPhysical Requirements: Must be able to walk, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.Apply today and join our esteemed team, honoring your commitment to excellence.
