- FHA Property Preservation experience is REQUIRED.
- Prior knowledge of HUD standards preferred, in order to successfully communicate and submit required documents.
- Handle both pre and post-sale services regarding vacancies.
- Must have experience in Microsoft Office and utilize internal software systems.
Requirements:
- FHA experience required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
