Job Purpose: As a Licensed Therapist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions regarding the therapy sessions in an adult outpatient setting.

Job Functions

· Facilitating group and individual therapy.

· Providing counseling and supporting to caseload of assigned clients.

· Meeting productivity requirements.

· Developing individual treatment plans.

· Performing assessments and assuming responsibility for recording maintenance, such as progress notes.

· Learning various agency and department computer programs.

· Providing supportive counseling and crisis intervention.

· Enhancing job performance through required agency training and education.

· Utilizing required technology to efficiently complete documents, scheduling, reviewing and signing clinical documentation and assessing and carrying out Baker Act/52 as necessary.

· Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

· Level II Background clearance

· Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1

· Master's degree in counseling or social work

· Active Florida License as a LMHC or LCSW

Pay: $26.44 - $31.25 per hour
