Apply now to contribute to our legacy of success and innovation.Watermere at Round Rock is a resort-style independent living community in the heart of Round Rock, Texas.Get paid DAILY with ZayZoon Quick access up to 50% of your earned wagesWe are looking for an energetic, reliable Sales Counselor to join our growing team in Round Rock.This position will be responsible for:Receiving and making telephone calls, answering inquiries, providing information, and scheduling appointments with prospective residents/familiesCompleting and recording all traffic/guest card information on all prospects, sending thank you notes, and performing follow-up in a prompt and consistent manner.Touring the community and model residencesResponsible for resident lease file set-up for the Executive Director's approval.Maintaining awareness of local market conditions and trends, and completing and reviewing market survey information.Position Requirements:Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts.Minimum of a high school graduate, with an aptitude for management, basic office administration and mathematicsSenior living sales experience is requiredAt least two years of a successful sales track recordExperience in memory care preferred.Experience with a leads management system (TAA and Onesite software experience preferred)Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.Weekend days required.Benefits (Full Time Employees Only):Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLifeDisabilityCritical Illness & Accident CoverageLegal & ID TheftReferral Programs employees and residentsCompetitive WagesZayZoon - access 50% earned wages anytimeIntegrated Real Estate Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Integrated Real Estate Group participates in e-verify for employment authorization verification.
