This role plays a key part in shaping the guest experience through exceptional customer service, creative merchandising, inventory controls and seamless shop operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide welcoming, professional service to guests.Manage merchandise operations, including:Receiving and processing invoices in Golf365 Premiere software.Leading monthly inventory counts with departmental staff.Keep accurate inventory valuation.Designing and maintaining attractive, sales-driven merchandise displays.Work closely with assigned Area Retail Manager regarding reporting and assortmentAs needed, attending merchandise and trade shows to place seasonal purchase orders.Promoting sales through creative advertising and promotions.Support daily golf shop operations, including:Booking tee times via Golf365 Premiere Tee Time software.Processing payments for merchandise and golf rounds through Golf365 Premiere POS.Answering phones and assisting with inquiries.Promoting campus programs, events, and activities.Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Publisher for reporting and merchandising support.QualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.Experience with Golf365 Premiere, Golf Genius, and website administration preferred.College degree preferred.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
