Join the Data & Analytics Finance & Business Management (F&BM) Team for a dynamic and high visibility role creating business cases to support initiatives specific to AI/ML models and user tools while producing reporting and being a trusted advisor to senior leadership to guide business decisions.As the AI/ML Business Casing Team Lead in the Data & Analytics F&BM team, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting business cases against a broad range of models. You will also be involved with producing executive reporting on the status of use case models and their corresponding value, and advising the line of business Chief Financial Officers on how to increase profitability and efficiencies. You will be expected to provide leadership across the Business Modeling teams, and interact regularly with the AI leads, Model Owners, Business Contacts, the line of business Chief Financial Officers and peers across Finance & Business Management and the business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of junior associates.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain and socialize a common business casing framework to be followed across all business case authors in the organizationCreate financial business cases supporting business initiatives specific to AI/ML models and user toolsCalculate NPV (net present value) and PTI (pre-tax income) based on model benefits offset by corresponding costsProduce executive summaries for each modelHelp design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior managementEnhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possibleOrganize the Investor Day activities for Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) around AI/ML business case valueRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a subject of a technical nature7+ years of experience in Financial Services with a background in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Financial AnalysisAdvanced skills in Excel and PowerPointInquisitive, enthusiastic and diligent, and capable of challenging peersStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearlyHighly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlinesIntegrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential informationHighly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions conciselyAdditional InformationApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are not able to provide immigration sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
