You will also have responsibility for operational processes including opening and closing the boutique.This position is a great way to gain leadership experience and grow your retail skills including:Assisting the leadership team in driving business results by maximizing daily sales plans, improving metrics through sales floor leadership, and providing feedback to the Boutique Team.Supporting and reinforcing a selling culture that focuses on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.Planning, delegating, and following up on expected tasks, assignments and activities while maintaining our guest as our top priority.Using effective communication skills to act as a liaison between the Boutique Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and the Boutique Team.Supporting and enforcing company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.Problem solving; proactively, creatively, and sometimes independently.What You'll GetA flexible scheduleGrowth and advancement opportunitiesA generous team member discountOpportunity to participate in our 401(K) PlanThis opportunity offers a starting wage of $14.81 per hour.Position RequirementsPreferred experience in a specialty retail storeAble to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independentlyFlexible and adaptableAbility to multi-task and balance multiple prioritiesAbility to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique while includes, nights, weekends, and holidaysPhysical RequirementsAbility to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting and climbingMust be able to work independentlyMust be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbsWe are continually sourcing and attracting top talent.
