In this on site, hands-on position, you will:
- Oversee all aspects of product quality and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer product quality issues and drive the CAPA process
- Mentor teams on advanced problem-solving methodologies like 8D, 5 Whys, and DMAIC
- Define and implement quality inspection processes and requirements
- Partner with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials
You Bring:
A passion for Quality with 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment involving assembly, machining, welding, and/or metal fabrication. Lean Six Sigma knowledge and experience with managing customer satisfaction are preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and the ability to read drawings, use metrology equipment, and understand specifications are required.
