Once you go full time with the company (typically occurs before 90 days of working through Elwood):

  • Bare minimum hourly rate of $18.75/hr

Assembly Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $16.00 to $17.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)
  • Final assembly of car seats
  • Duties depend on the specific line, but may be putting on headrest, connecting wires to different parts of the seat, etc.
  • Pay raises are awarded for learning each production line.
  • Shifts Include:
    • 7AM to 3:45PM ($16/hr)
    • 7PM to 3:45AM ($17/hr)

Assembly Qualifications:

  • No experience at all needed
  • No High School diploma or GED is expected
  • Available to interview with Elwood and the company for whom you'd be working
  • Able to stand, stoop, bend and lift up to 25 lbs during an 8 hour shift
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
