We are looking for an Escrow Clerk in Maitland, FL


$16.50-$17/hour


Temp to perm


This role requires collecting deed backs instead of foreclosing on some of the mortgages and this requires a little persuasion and explanation to the owners.


Duties:

  • In charge of all of the mortgage satisfactions for the company


  • Generates and follows up on deed backs for accounts in default


  • Uploads DocuSign documents into the virtual vault


  • Takes calls or responds to customer inquiries via email or our portal texting



Requirements:


  • Real Estate/Mortgage/Title or Timeshare background preferred


  • Must be comfortable on the phone to talk to customers if needed


  • Must be dependable


  • Bilingual preferred - Spanish or Portuguese


  • Must be able to type accurately and reasonably fast
