General Summary of Position:

Sr. Salesforce Developers can be involved in many different phases of an application's lifecycle and will work closely with different business units within internal business departments to create better business processes and more effective customer experiences. Sr. Salesforce Developers are called on to engage with non-technical team members and use their sharp analytical skills to understand business needs, translate them into specific technical requirements, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

The right candidate will be a self-starter, able to work independently or as a team member. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies quickly. This is a growing company where you will be able to have a significant impact on our internal processes and relationships with customers and get a chance to add directly to the goals of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize bulkified Apex Triggers, Queueable Apex, Future Apex, Apex Test Classes
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Security and integration best practices and standards
  • Refactor legacy code and test coverage
  • Develop and deploy changes using version control
  • Make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, efficiency, and reporting
  • Perform code review with other developers
  • Leads software development independently, typically in a defined highly complex project
  • Conducting a wide range of highly complex quality-control tests and analyses to ensure that the software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements
  • Develops system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs, and implements software solutions. Develops recommendations on process improvements
  • Determining and making recommendations on software design requirements & best practices.
  • Completed at least a few Salesforce Implementations or Projects - an end-to-end implementation experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively work in a team environment with multiple skill set levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including experience managing configuration changes, developing Apex code, triggers, and LWC within the Salesforce platform
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
  • Experience Required- 5-7 Years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
  • Communications/Velocity Cloud
