Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, a solid background in project management, and the ability to support key account management through data organization and client relationship management. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and representing our brand in the market.

Scope

This position reports to the Key Account Manager and is responsible for support, maintain and develop existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients within the cosmetics industry.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, marketing, and key account managers, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Organize and manage project data related to client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.
  • Assist Key Account Managers in preparing client-related documentation, including project briefs, proposals, and reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Communicating with support team in Asia to make sure the project status and information is clear enough to proceed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the cosmetics industry.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and project management skills with a proven ability to close deals and manage client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Expected base salary range $65,000 - $85,000 + benefits
