Interns will be immersed in a dynamic and collaborative environment with an emphasis on both customer and Associate experience. Our Human Resources, Store and District leaders will facilitate learning through job shadow experiences and ongoing mentorship.Throughout this internship, you will have the opportunity to:Learn how to lead, develop, and motivate a diverse team of AssociatesActively collaborate with various functions within Store, District, and Regional LeadershipLearn from and shadow TJX leadersGain exposure to the lifecycle of our off-price business modelLearn how management leads the execution of Merchandise Standards and Operating ProcessesFocus on an operational project and deliver a final presentation to the executive leadership team membersParticipate in a volunteering experience, an executive-led speaker series, and networking eventsJoin our teams as a Retail Management intern and receive robust training and leadership development through classroom learning, on-the-job training, and ongoing mentorship from your leadership team.
