Apex Systems is looking to hire an AV Installation Technician for one of our top clients in the Billerica, MA area This will be a permanent position with a Monday-Friday first shift schedule. If you are interested, please apply and we will reach out right away


Job Description:

  • Load in, pulling cables, handle mounts microphones
  • Building racks for equipment DSP codes cabinets where the control site for tablets
  • Pulling cables – cat5/cat6
  • Setting up listening rooms
  • Use hand and power tools to solder and crimp connectors along with various other AV systems related tasks
  • Test point to point cabling and functionality of systems
  • Install conference rooms
  • Track, manage and secure all associated equipment and tools on jobsite


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with AV installs
  • Experience installing CAT 5/6 cables
  • Experience with racking and stacking cables
