Experience Required :
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and/or ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) experience
- Integrations
- Experience on Customer Service Management (CSM) OR ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
- Service Portal, CSM, Next UI Framework, Integration Hub
- Experience on Flow Designer, UI Builder, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog / Record Producer, Flow Designer
- Experience on designing best fit solutions using ServiceNow capabilities.
- Experience in designing Integration architecture with ServiceNow.
- Experience in leveraging ServiceNow best practices in designing solutions.
- Good to have experience on ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement, HRSD, CMDB, Hardware, Software Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping and event Management.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Architect & design ServiceNow implementation
- Requirement gathering, provided solution for end to solution through ServiceNow applications.
- Helping development team to prepare design document, Development, Testing, Implementation
- To work with the process owner to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories
- Manage technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective ServiceNow solutions, ability to create and Modify Workflows.
- Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
