Experience Required :

  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and/or ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) experience
  • Integrations
  • Experience on Customer Service Management (CSM) OR ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
  • Service Portal, CSM, Next UI Framework, Integration Hub
  • Experience on Flow Designer, UI Builder, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog / Record Producer, Flow Designer​
  • Experience on designing best fit solutions using ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Experience in designing Integration architecture with ServiceNow.
  • Experience in leveraging ServiceNow best practices in designing solutions.
  • Good to have experience on ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement, HRSD, CMDB, Hardware, Software Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping and event Management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Architect & design ServiceNow implementation
  • Requirement gathering, provided solution for end to solution through ServiceNow applications.
  • Helping development team to prepare design document, Development, Testing, Implementation
  • To work with the process owner to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories
  • Manage technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective ServiceNow solutions, ability to create and Modify Workflows.
  • Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
