Our Mission, Vision, and Values guide the way we do business.Your greatest work is aheadLeidos' Defense Systems Persistent Surveillance Portfolio is seeking a high-performing Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Control Account Manager (CAM) to support a major Department of Defense radar program delivering multiple radar systems to the U.S. Air Force - including full life-cycle support, logistics, and site activation activities.As the CLS CAM, you'll work closely with the Program Manager and Integrated Product Teams to ensure successful execution across cost, schedule, and performance while engaging directly with senior government stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal leadership.This is a high-visibility role critical to national defense priorities.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport the Program Manager in overall program leadership, including strategy, execution, and customer engagement.Manage day-to-day operations across multiple functional teams delivering radar hardware, software, logistics, and site activation services.Oversee development and execution of the CLS portion of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and manage CLS CA performance using Earned Value Management (EVM).Coordinate with USAF stakeholders to align deliveries, operational support, and activation milestones across multiple CONUS/OCONUS sites.Lead risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.Interface with government contracting officers, program leadership, and technical representatives to maintain alignment and compliance.Support subcontractor management, including oversight of major system and service providers.Assist with program reviews, customer briefings, data calls, and executive reporting.Contribute to staffing plans, team leadership development, and a strong program culture.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field and 12+ years of relevant experience in defense program management.Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment.Demonstrated experience supporting or leading large-scale DoD acquisition programs.U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance required.Excellent project management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.Experience in risk management and mitigation.Must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to Huntsville - North Alabama, AL.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with radar systems, logistics, sustainment, or deployment activities.Experience interfacing with the U.S. Air Force or other military customers.Ready to make an impact?Join a team that's solving the world's toughest security challenges for missions that can't fail.Apply today and help shape the future of defense technology.If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
