Experience:

The ideal candidate must have over seven years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, with an emphasis on private equity transactions and prior experience in private equity transactions. You must also have an active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and be able to be promptly admitted in Wisconsin.
