Experience:

The ideal candidate must have over seven years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, with an emphasis on private equity transactions and prior experience in private equity transactions. A strong academic background and a JD from an ABA-Accredited Law School is required, as well as excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills. You must also have an active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and be able to be promptly admitted in Wisconsin.
