CITY RESIDENCY WILL BE REQUIRED WITHIN ONE YEAR OF HIRE.


To be considered for this position, you must meet the minimum qualifications listed below:

I.A. Associate's degree in Court Reporting or a related field;

AND

I.B. A certificate of completion from an accredited court reporting program;


SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:

  • Must be able to provide a Certificate of Achievement of 225 words per minute.
  • Possession of a New York State Notary License within six (6) months of hire. This license must be maintained throughout employment in this title. Training provided by the City.
