On-Call Cleaner PositionWe are seeking a reliable and flexible On-Call Cleaner to join our team. This position is responsible for providing cleaning and janitorial services at various client locations on an as-needed basis, primarily to cover shifts for absent employees. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in different environments with minimal supervision. Pay: $19.00 an hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members.Key Responsibilities:Travel to assigned locations to perform cleaning duties as scheduled or on short notice.Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, lobbies, and other common areas.Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding assignments and site-specific needs.Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.Requirements:Previous experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning required.Ability to travel to multiple job sites within [City/Region]; reliable transportation required.Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.ABM is a military and veteran friendly employer, veterans and candidates with military experience encouraged to apply.
