We are committed to delivering reliable, clean, and affordable energy to our customers 24/7.General Summary of Job ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Records Management Admin leads the maintenance of the Records System by conferring with clerical and supervisory personnel about records problems; scheduling transfer of records to inactive or archival storage; micro graphing records; answering questions and requests; preparing reports.System Integrity Programs & Projects (SIP&P) Document Controls Team is responsible for management of records during the execution phase of gas capital projects in coordination with Engineering, Enterprise Project Management (EPMO), and Third-Party Engineering Vendors.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork directly with engineering, project management and vendor personnel ensuring reviews and record requirements adhere to our StandardsUpdate and maintain Engineering Content Management database used for tracking, transmitting and distributing engineering and project records such as drawings and vendor literatureProvide support and perform document processing tasks during design, construction and closeoutMaintain quality results by following, and enforcing standardsComplete complex work for the CIG Center records including sorting, filing, retrieving, maintaining a charge-out system, scanning and indexing records, primarily in the physical mediumLead and implement the record retention schedule by scheduling the transfer of records to inactive/archival storage, manage legal (litigation) holds for physical records within the CIG Center and destroying records in a manner compliant to security classification and retention requirementsProvide complex records management statistical information by answering questions and requests, and following prescribed procedures; prepares statistical reports; prepares reports of compliant destruction of recordsImprove records management/information governance job knowledge by attending training sessions; reading technical publicationsIdentify complex records management related problems by conferring with clerical and supervisory personnel, while supporting and protecting operations by following records management procedures and maintaining confidentialityAssist various departments in managing inactive records by following prescribed procedures for the archival of physical records to a centralized location, or the reduction of paper records through the transfer to an electronic mediumOther duties as assigned or may be necessaryKnowledge/Skills/AbilitiesExperience in Document controlExperience with ProjectWise (Engineering Content Management) and Primavera Unifier (Project Management Software)Excellent Customer (internal and external) skillsComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office programsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to pay great attention to detailAbility to accurately prepare and maintain records, files, and reports.Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationshipsSkill in communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audienceAbility to communicate effectively in both oral and written formEducation & ExperienceAssociate Degree in Business Administration with 4 years of experience in records management/record retention [OR] Associate's Degree with 6 years of experience in records management/record retention [OR] High School Diploma with 8 years of experience in records management/record retention Why should you join our team?
