This key leadership position oversees daily warehouse operations, coordinates workflow, and serves as the primary point of contact (POC) for after-hours shifts in a 24/7 operation.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous supervisory or management experience in warehouse or logistics environments who are ready to step into a leadership role. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable acting as an on-site keyholder responsible for ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations.Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including scheduling, task assignments, and performance tracking. Serve as the on-site shift lead and keyholder, acting as the main point of contact for warehouse staff and facility oversight. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company safety programs. Maintain productivity and efficiency standards to meet daily operational goals. Oversee inbound/outbound activities, inventory accuracy, and workflow organization. Conduct and verify daily cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy. Provide coaching, mentorship, and on-the-job training to warehouse associates. Collaborate with management and other shift leads to ensure smooth handoffs between shifts. Monitor and report on key performance metrics while identifying opportunities for process improvement. Promote and maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment.Qualifications 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory processes, and safety procedures. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Comfortable working independently and managing after-hours operations with minimal oversight. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. High school diploma or GED required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred. Must pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screening.Pay$31.25 per hour ScheduleWeekday Swing: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM (MondayFriday)Weekday Nights: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM (MondayFriday)Weekend Days: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM (SaturdayMonday)Weekend Nights: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM (SaturdayMonday)**Training schedule follows the weekday shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) before transitioning to your assigned schedule.
