The successful candidate must possess the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and encourage cross-functional and cross-business project development.ResponsibilitiesAssist in data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.Manage inbound shipments: po tracking & maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communications.Analyze inventory position and sku performance to determine inventory needs.Execute on a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience either as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.They must be highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.The successful candidate must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.Business Group: -5 people on the team for inventory planning (supply chain backgrounds) -Team was originally contractors and now blue badges -Kitting to factory, work transfer requests to sites, shipping/receiving, putting away items or organizing -Team members that are trained on forklift -Rotate -Very supportive team. -HM supports two teams -Team is behind, increased demand to sites -Great client culture, very exciting team.Key Projects: -Receive parts, behind on ingestion - trying to get caught up and balance workload -Move inventory location to other side of building; may be involved in some of that -By then we will be familiar with tasks and organize accordingly Reason for request: Increased workload, need to get caught upCandidate Review & Selection Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
