Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time, on-site School Social Worker to support middle school students with one of our district partners. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with school teams to support student social-emotional and behavioral needs in a school-based setting. Immediate interviews and offers available for qualified candidates.Responsibilities:Provide counseling and support services for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challengesDevelop and implement behavior intervention plans and strategies to promote student successParticipate in IEP and 504 planning and meetings as neededCollaborate with families, teachers, and administrators to support student growth and well-beingServe as a liaison between schools, families, and community resourcesMaintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and licensing requirementsQualifications:Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)Active state licensure or certification as a School Social Worker (per state requirements)Experience working with children or in a school setting preferredStrong communication, organizational, and advocacy skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and familiesWork in a structured, school-based setting with evenings, weekends, and holidays offJoin a therapist-owned organization that values your role and invests in your successAccess to CEU reimbursement, professional resources, and ongoing development opportunitiesCome join a therapist-owned organization that values your expertise and supports you throughout the school year.
