Beacon Hill is working with a leading independent insurance broker seeking a Litigation Counsel to join their Orlando, FL headquarters. This position will report to the Litigation AGC, handling a wide variety of matters including employment, complex commercial litigation, restrictive covenants, privacy, insurance, and other litigation.

Qualified candidates will have at least three (3) years of applicable complex litigation experience, including handling prelitigation maters, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings and motions, attending and arguing hearings, etc. and should be able to handle such matters independently while also working closely with a team.

This position requires on-site daily attendance in the Orlando office, relocation candidates may be considered; hybrid and remote arrangements are not an option.
