Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in prototype retail and tenant improvements with the ability to accel in processing hi-volume repetitive projects. While licensure is preferred, it is not a requirement for this role. This position offers significant growth potential within our firm.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage hi-volume repetitive projects and site adapts.

·      Oversee setup or modify client template set for hi-volume work.

·      Oversee processes to achieve hi-volume work goals.

·      Well organized to track many projects schedules.

·      Coordinate with client team on daily basis.

·      Train key staff on client teams coordination and communication.

·      Ability to do tenant surveys and train staff in efficient survey processes.

·      Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources.

·      Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

·      Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and documents.

·      Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

·      Work with management to develop, hire support staff to produce hi-volume work.

·      Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

·      Participate in business development efforts, including client presentations and proposal writing.


Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

·      Over 5 years of experience in prototype retail and tenant improvements.

·      Licensure preferred but not required.

·      Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

·      Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

·      Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
