Director, Digital Product ExperienceThe Director, Digital Product Experience leads the design and strategy behind Securitas' digital ecosystem spanning client portals, mobile officer applications, and enterprise tools. This leader bridges business strategy, technology innovation, and user needs to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences that empower our clients, officers, and employees. In this role, the incumbent shapes how Securitas' digital products connect people and data, drive efficiency, and advance our mission to make the world a safer place. The Director builds and scales user experience and research practices, defines design standards, and ensures every digital interaction reflects our commitment to trust, simplicity, and innovation. The goal is to shape career paths, coach individuals to excellence, and foster a high-performing, inclusive team that delivers world-class digital experiences.Essential FunctionsStrategic LeadershipTeam Leadership & GrowthUser Experience & DesignUser Research & InsightsProduct & Cross-Functional CollaborationGovernance & CommunicationMinimum Qualifications At EntryEducation/Experience: Required + Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, business, or related field. + 10+ years of experience in digital product management, UX strategy, or experience design, ideally within complex, enterprise, or service environments. + 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams of designers and/or researchers. + Proven success in defining and executing digital experience strategies at scale. + Strong understanding of agile software development, product management frameworks, and enterprise data environments. + Expertise in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). Preferred + Master's degree in HCI, Design, MBA, or related discipline. + Experience in security services, operations, logistics, or workforce management technology. + Background in enterprise SaaS or multi-platform ecosystems (web + mobile). + Champion of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles. + Knowledge of analytics, behavioral data, and experience measurement frameworks.Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing): + Eloquent and comfortable when delivering presentations + Ability to work independently + Strong writing, analytics and critical thinking skills, and even stronger quality of output standards + Thrive on challenges and readily adapt to an ever-changing security technology landscape + Excellent planning and organizing skills + Strong customer and results orientation + Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures + Ability to assist in facilitating progressive change + Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel Advanced, PowerPoint, Access)Working Conditions and Physical/Mental DemandsWith or without reasonable accommodation, a candidate must have the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions described.
