Role Description

This is a full-time or part time, on-site position for a Physical Therapist at Therapeutic Evolution PT located in Albany, NY. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries, functional activity limitations, or surgeries. You will conduct thorough evaluations, provide hands-on therapy, and educate patients and their families on safe and effective exercises and activities to improve their function and quality of life.


Qualifications

  • Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of New York, or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiovascular systems and associated pathologies
  • Experience with manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
  • Ability to create and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
  • Experience or interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation
