What you need:

The successful applicant will have the following:

5+ years of residential construction experience.

The ability to efficiently coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to deliver projects on time/schedule.

Experience with frame to finish residential builds.

Knowledge of safety protocols and best building practices.

Ability to interpret construction drawings and documents.

Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office.
