You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Manufacturing Lean / OpEx Leader in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Quality Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include:Conduct TrainingQuality & Continuous Improvement (Principles of Excellence, A3 Problem Solving, Manager in Field, 8D Event Resolution, Visual Management)FMEA facilitationWorkshop Mode (VSM, 5S, Process Mapping, etc.)Facilitate / CoachFlash Meetings, A3 Projects, FMEA (and other Quality Tools), Performance Plans, Voice of the Customer, 8D Event Resolution, Visual Management MeetingsSupport Operating Unit Implementation InitiativesMaster Plan (annual objective) Development and MaintenanceDigital Transformation (Process Mapping and associated A3s for Digital T.)ReportingVoC (based on Net Promoter Score), Excellence System Rollout, FMEA, A3 Progress, Master Plan, Performance PlansInterface with Global OpEx NetworkTogether we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.What You'll BringCompletion of a Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in lieu of degreeAt least 6 years of directly related experienceKnowledge of Engineering processes, methods, and toolsPragmatic, "System Thinker" with the ability to simplify complex topics and connect within operation contextKnowledge of continuous improvement processes, methods and metricsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively with all levels of staff & managementAbility to lead, motivate and effect change through othersKnowledge of change management and ability to influence changeYou are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technologyTotal Rewards PackageSalary: $92,000-$124,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
