Thrive Pediatric Therapy is a private therapy practice serving pediatrics in Gallatin, TN. We provide speech, feeding, and occupational therapy services. We are seeking an experienced, caring, and engaging Occupational Therapist to join our team. We want every family to feel that they have a team member willing to help their child Thrive. The OTR will provide diagnostic evaluations and intervention programs for each child.

*Qualifications*
* At least 1-2 years of pediatric occupational therapy experience
* Experience in a private practice setting preferred
* Master’s degree occupational therapy
* Must be a licensed occupational therapist in the state of Tennessee

Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to determine their occupational therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their functional abilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans and outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in occupational therapy techniques

-Supervise and oversee COTA/L requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
