As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers. Your primary focus will be understanding customer needs, providing answers to their inquiries about our products, and recommending tailored solutions to enhance their experience. This role requires you to address customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction while actively contributing to the store's sales goals. You will also need to stay informed about our product features and uphold the high visual standards expected at our stores. Important aspects of the position involve contact with a diverse customer base and handling various transactions, sometimes under supervision. In light of this, a review of criminal history is necessary to safeguard the interests of our customers and team members. One year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Experience in selling paint and related products. Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
