Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Provide top-tier customer service to clients, addressing their unique needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
2. Manage patient registration and scheduling, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for all clients.
3. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve the customer service experience.
4. Handle client complaints and issues, resolving them efficiently and ensuring client satisfaction.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role ideally within the healthcare industry.
2. Proven experience in patient registration and scheduling preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide solutions to complex issues.
6. Ability to work well in a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
7. High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
9. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
