Roles & Responsibilities

1)Ensure that all projects within the program contribute to the organization’s long-term objectives and establish clear goals and milestones for the programs.

2) Be prepared to adapt quickly and Work closely with other Org leads to ensure a cohesive approach. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues that could impact the program. Create plans to mitigate risks and address issues as they arise.

3) Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on the progress of the program. Work closely with Org & team leads and project managers to ensure alignment and effective communication.

4) Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the program. Continuously monitor the progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to stay on track.

5) Oversee project managers and their teams to ensure they are working effectively towards program goals.

6) Clearly articulate the unique value of your in-house tools and processes and effectively sell your tools and processes.
