Role Description:

This is a hybrid position for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing outpatient therapy services to clients, conducting assessments, and designing treatment plans. They will also maintain client records and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.


Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling or related field
  • Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in New York State
  • At least 1 years of experience in mental health counseling
  • Experience with remote counseling is preferred but not required
  • Openness to working with children and/or adolescents
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of ethical and legal requirements of the mental health profession

  • Play Therapy Supervisor provided.
  • Pay is based on the client payments and insurance reimbursement. Clinician will be paid a percentage of each session conducted. Average Pay is $50-$80 per session.
  • Paid Time Off including sick time and vacation time


Interviews will be conducting starting June 10th, 2024. Tentative Start Date is July 1st, 2024.
