Job Summary The Certified Surgical Technologist prepares the operating room, maintains sterile technique, and assists surgeons throughout surgical procedures. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate surgical needs while working closely with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia providers, and the entire perioperative team. Qualifications Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program (CAAHEP or ABHES preferred) Knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and sterile technique Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential via NBSTSA AHA BLS certification Preferred: prior OR experience, specialty certifications, ACLS/PALS Contact today for more details.
